Ms. Barefield is a resident of Plant City and owner and president of Gans, Gans & Associates, a 23-year-old human resources consulting and executive search company. She is the immediate past Chairwoman for the Tampa Bay Workforce Alliance and board member for the Plant City Boys and Girls Club and Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce, as well as being a member of the Plant City Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club and Athena Society.

Mr. Berset is a resident of St. Petersburg and is currently Chief Executive Officer of Comegys Insurance Agency. He has 33 years experience in the Property and Casualty Insurance industry. Mr. Berset received a Bachelors in Business Economics from St. Ambrose University and a Masters in Business Management from Georgia State University. Mr. Berset is the immediate past president of the Bayfront Hospital Foundation in St. Petersburg and presently sits on the Foundation’s Board and is President of SAN of Tampa Bay. |
Ms. Castor is a resident of Tampa, Florida and has served as the Executive Director of The Center for Global Solutions since January 2007. Previously she served as a consultant for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards from 2005 to 2006. Ms. Castor has also served as a Florida state senator and president of the University of South Florida.

Dr. Dev Mangar is a resident of Tampa and Chief of Staff at Tampa General Hospital. Dr. Mangar is President and Chief Executive Officer of Florida Gulf-to-Bay Anesthesiology Associates, PA, and Gulf-to-Bay Anesthesiology Associates, PA. He is also President and Chief Executive Officer of Tampa Outpatient Surgical facility and North Tampa Outpatient Surgical facility. Dr. Mangar received his medical degree from SUNY Upstate Medical Center in 1985.

Mr. Marshall is a resident of Palm Harbor and retired in 2004 from his position as Senior Vice-President of Credit Card Operations for JP Morgan Chase where he had been employed since 1969. He received his BBA degree (1977) from The City University of New York, Bernard M. Baruch College and a Masters in Business Administration degree (1989) from New York University.

Dr. Kiran Patel is a resident of Tampa and the Chairman of the Patel Foundation for Global Understanding, a non-profit organization developing and funding health, education, artistic and cultural programs. He was the Founder of WellCare Health Plans, Inc., one of the largest HMO companies in the Tampa Bay area today and is currently following a similar game plan with Freedom Health and Optimum Healthcare, Inc., taking them to a greater height. He serves on many boards and is a member of many organizations. In 2005, Dr. Patel was the winner of the Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award for the Southeast U.S. and was honored with the “Glory of Gujarat” Award from the Governor of his home state in India in 2006.

Mr. Patel, in the past, has been active in the formation and growth of a number of high tech companies. Mr. Patel received a Bachelors and Masters Degree from Cambridge University in 1984. |
Mr. Politis a Greek immigrant landing in Canada where he began his career in Banking. This eventually gave way to his current career in Real Estate and brought him to Safety Harbor, Florida, where he currently resides and continues his acquisition and development of commercial real estate. Working hard to maintain the reputation of never selling and retaining ownership in all his properties, he has ensured the trust of his primary tenants, the Federal and State Government Agencies including IRS, ICE, DHS, SSA and Attorney General. A past recipient of the BOMA Building of the Year Award, Mr. Politis has served as a Director of Florida Bank as well as founding the publicly traded company, Homeowner’s Choice Insurance, where he currently retains a board seat.

Mr. Rivero is a resident of Indian Shores, Florida. He has practiced public accounting for over 35 years in the west coast of Florida. Prior to establishing the firm of Rivero, Gordimer & Company, Mr. Rivero was the partner-in-charge of the Tampa office of the seventh largest international accounting firm in the United States. Mr. Sanchez is a resident of Tampa, former U.S. Assistant Secretary of Transportation, a community and business leader and a partner in CM Partners, an international business consulting firm. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1982 and Juris Doctor degree in 1986 from Florida State University and a Masters in Public Administration from Harvard University in 1993.

Mr. Santa Cruz has built successful ventures in the technology, healthcare, distribution, and sports management industries. He has established a reputation for his technical innovation, marketing vision, and systematic approach to execution, and has served in various community and business boards.

Mr. Schaffel is a resident of Tampa and founded Legacy Audio Visual Innovations, Inc. (AVI) in 1979 and continues to serve as the executive chairman of the growing enterprise that specializes in creating and selling audio video products and services to corporate, education, healthcare, military and government markets worldwide. AVI-SPL was named the 2008 Professional Service winner and the Overall Business of the Year by the Tampa Bay Business Journal. Mr. Schaffel has been honored with the Life Time Achievement Award in Entrepreneurship by the University of Florida in 2009. |

| Dr. Silbiger a radiologist and graduate of Western Reserve University. He interned at University Hospitals of Cleveland and then completed a residency at John Hopkins Hospital. He was chairman of the Department of Radiology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine, as well as serving as Dean and Vice President of that school. Presently, he is Professor Emeritus of Radiology and Dean Emeritus of the College of Medicine at the University of South Florida. Presently, he is a member of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay, as well as on the Board of Directors of the Tampa Bay Performing Arts Center, where he serves as Chairman of the Board. He is also on the Board of Metropolitan Ministries of Tampa. |
Mr. Sykes is the founder and Chairman Emeritus of Sykes Enterprises, Inc. prior to his retirement in 2004 and since the company’s inception in 1977; he was Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President. |
Mr. Traber is a resident of Tampa and has been a partner of Foley & Lardner, LLP in Tampa, Florida since 1994 representing clients in securities and corporate law. Mr. Traber received his bachelor’s degree in 1967 and law degree in 1970 from Indiana University. He currently serves as a Director of Gunn Allen Holdings, the holding company for several subsidiaries engaged in the securities industry. He also serves as a director of Homeowners Choice Insurance Company located in Clearwater, Florida. |

Mr. Weigel has over 30 years of banking experience. Prior to the founding of NSBC, he formed a Florida based bank holding company, acquired a National Bank and subsequently sold control of it. Prior to this, Mr. Weigel was President of SunTrust Bank, Northwest Florida from August 1997 until January 2002, and Senior Vice President, SunTrust Bank, Miami from May, 1982 until August 1997. Mr. Weigel has a Bachelors degree in Finance from University of South Florida.
